1. About The Good Vets

The Good Vets ("we", "us", "our") is a preventive pet healthcare subscription platform operated from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. We provide reminders, digital health records, and coordination services — we are not a veterinary clinic and do not provide veterinary medical services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register with The Good Vets. By registering, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet being enrolled.

3. Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so reminders reach you on time
• You may register multiple pets by submitting a separate form for each
• We reserve the right to decline or suspend registrations at our discretion

4. Our Services

The Good Vets provides:

• WhatsApp-based vaccination and checkup reminders
• Digital health records for enrolled pets
• Personalized preventive care calendars
• Coordination with our network of verified partner veterinary clinics

Our services are coordination and reminder tools only. All medical decisions must be made by a licensed veterinarian.

5. No Medical Advice

Information provided by The Good Vets — including reminders, care calendars, and any communications — does not constitute veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for all health decisions about your pet.

6. Subscription Plans

• Registration is free. Premium subscription plans may be offered with additional features
• Plan pricing and features will be communicated at enrollment or upon plan changes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to subscribers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us

7. Refund Policy

Free Registration: No payment is involved and no refund applies.

Paid Subscriptions:

• Full refund available within 7 days of the subscription start date if you are not satisfied
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the subscription start date
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful information about your pet's health history
• Respond to our care coordinator's outreach in a timely manner
• Not misuse our WhatsApp communication channel for spam or inappropriate content
• Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information

9. Limitation of Liability

The Good Vets is not liable for any pet health outcomes, missed appointments, or treatment results. Our responsibility is limited to providing coordination and reminder services. We are not responsible for the quality of veterinary care provided by partner clinics.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 3 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on The Good Vets website and platform — including logos, text, design, and software — is owned by The Good Vets and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
